Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can. 

We offer immediate order cancellations if we have not shipped your order yet.  Once the order has been shipped we cannot cancel it.  We ship same day or next day. 

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

For safety reasons, we do not allow returns or exchanges of food items.

 

How much is shipping?

The amount of shipping varies per order.  You will be able to view your shipping cost before purchasing, so there will be no surprises.

 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

Some of the freeze dried items are very fragile, when you purchase those fragile items, we do not guarantee against breakage during shipping.  We'll work with you in the event that this does happen or if any of the non-freeze dried items are damaged.  Please take pictures of the item and contact us within the first 3 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. Howdymarket123@gmail.com
